Call to schedule a free 30-minute telephone consultation. A complimentary telephone consultation will give you an opportunity to ask questions about my approach and decide whether you wish to schedule a session or monthly program. This free consultation is not intended to give you any health or nutrition advice, but rather give you an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other and for accomplishing your goals.

If you decide that I am the right coach for you, Before your Initial Assessment, an assessment packet will be sent to you via email or postage for you to complete at home then we review during your appointment. 


60 minutes: $75.00 one time payment

During Initial Assessment, we will complete dietary and exercise behavior assessments, individualized goal setting, and plan implementation. During coaching, you'll receive help to define what's most important to your health, discover and implement new strategies to help you reach your health goals, and then receive motivation, accountability, and support while you create new healthy habits. You'll be guided through change and growth, you'll increase your individual ability for self-awareness and capacity for self-care and move past any barriers to reaching a higher level of individual health, wellness and mindfulness. 


60 minutes: $40

As you probably know, countless studies have found a direct link between your diet, activity level, and your overall confidence and happiness. But instead of using a "one size fits all" approach to health and wellness, I design a unique personal coaching plan that is custom-tailored to fit your exact goals and needs. This Journey is for anyone who doesn't have much time during the week but is willing to commit to a Fitness Journey that requires only 1 hour. You'll have the option of  4 days per week to exercise. 

Monthly Price of $75 Includes: 

-Meal Planning and Nutrition Guidance

-Up to 4 workouts per week (you choose the days that work best for you)

-Additional instructions available for off-days to be completed independently

-Accountability and weekly weigh-ins
