Want to know if my health coaching program is right for you? Call to schedule a free 30-minute telephone consultation. A complimentary telephone consultation will give you an opportunity to ask questions about my approach and decide whether you wish to schedule a session or monthly program. This free consultation is not intended to give you any health or nutrition advice, but rather give you an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other and for accomplishing your goals.
If you decide that I am the right coach for you, Before your Initial Assessment, an assessment packet will be sent to you via email or postage for you to complete at home then we review during your appointment.
During Initial Assessment, we will complete dietary and exercise behavior assessments, individualized goal setting, and plan implementation. During coaching, you'll receive help to define what's most important to your health, discover and implement new strategies to help you reach your health goals, and then receive motivation, accountability, and support while you create new healthy habits. You'll be guided through change and growth, you'll increase your individual ability for self-awareness and capacity for self-care and move past any barriers to reaching a higher level of individual health, wellness and mindfulness.
Werk In Progress Fitness (WIP Fit)
Werk In Progress (WIP) Fitness is a community of people of all fitness levels. Our goal is to help you reach your personal fitness goal, whether it weight loss, build strength, or if you desire a healthy lifestyle. We are licensed and certified Fitness and Nutrition professionals with an amazing track record of results. Personal Trainers are available Monday- Friday with a FREE Boot Camp offered on Saturday Mornings.
Monthly Price Includes:
-Meal Planning and Nutrition Guidance
-Minimum of 2 workouts per week (you choose the days that work best for you)
