Telephone Consultation

15 minutes: Free

Want to know if my health coaching program is right for you? Call to schedule a free 30-minute telephone consultation. A complimentary telephone consultation will give you an opportunity to ask questions about my approach and decide whether you wish to schedule a session or monthly program. This free consultation is not intended to give you any health or nutrition advice, but rather give you an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other and for accomplishing your goals.

If you decide that I am the right coach for you, Before your Initial Assessment, an assessment packet will be sent to you via email or postage for you to complete at home then we review during your appointment.

Initial Assessment

60 minutes: $75.00 one time payment

During Initial Assessment, we will complete dietary and exercise behavior assessments, individualized goal setting, and plan implementation. During coaching, you'll receive help to define what's most important to your health, discover and implement new strategies to help you reach your health goals, and then receive motivation, accountability, and support while you create new healthy habits. You'll be guided through change and growth, you'll increase your individual ability for self-awareness and capacity for self-care and move past any barriers to reaching a higher level of individual health, wellness and mindfulness.

#In&Out Virtual Group Fitness

30 minutes: $100 monthly
30 minutes: $10 drop-ins

Do you have a desire to work out and/or weight train but are limited on time, this NEW small group training is for you. 

#In&Out is a new addition to Full Scale Health Coaching's lineup. It's for those individuals who don't need all the fluff and are ready to put in 30 minutes of pure WERK. In these 30 minute sessions, we combine elements of cardio and weight training to burn fat and sculpt lean muscle simultaneously.

Drop-ins are welcomed.

On average you'll burn at least 300 calories during this 30-minute high-intensity session. 

And did I mention these sessions are all live and virtual? Yes, enjoy the comforts of your own home, job, or hotel while you travel.

Minimal equipment needed:

- light dumbbells (2-3 lbs)

- medium dumbbells (5-8 lbs)

- heavy dumbbells (10-12 lbs)

- resistance bands are optional

- water

- towel or exercise mat

- occasionally something you can step up on

We currently offer 2 different time slots; 10:30 am and 6:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

If you would like a session at a specific time, there will need to be a minimum of 3 participants in order for that time slot to be added.

Werk In Progress Fitness (WIP Fit) Group Training (Bootcamp)

60 minutes: $100 monthly
60 minutes: $20 drop-ins

Werk In Progress (WIP) Fitness (group training) is a community of people of all fitness levels. Our goal is to help you reach your personal fitness goal, whether it is weight loss, build strength, or if you desire to live a healthy lifestyle. We are licensed and certified Fitness and Nutrition professionals with an amazing track record of results.  

Monthly Price Includes: 

-Meal Planning and Nutrition Guidance

-12-week Boot camps

-Minimum of 2 workouts per week (you choose the days that work best for you)

-Accountability and weekly weigh-ins

-Fitness Team Challenges with Prizes

There's no question you will get results. Our staff of personal trainers will create and implement an effective routine centered around four main components:

Nutrition Coaching

45 minutes: $50

Become healthier, lose weight, and keep it off through consistent 1-on-1 expert nutrition coaching with a real human (not an app or robot). We discover food preferences and practice proper nutrition, macro/ micros, healthy lifestyle changes with goals, meal prep, and portion control.

Good nutrition habits help members lose weight (even without exercise). They also have other life-changing benefits:
